Rajani Patil
Counselling Psychologist
Some weeks, just getting through the day feels like a lot.
Maybe your mind won’t slow down. Maybe the heaviness won’t lift, or the same arguments keep happening at home. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it by yourself — and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
- Constant worry, overthinking or trouble sleeping
- Low mood, exhaustion or losing interest in things
- Tension in your relationships or family
- Feeling overwhelmed after childbirth or big life changes

Compassion, backed by science.
At Adiqure, we blend genuine warmth with evidence-based psychology. Every session is a collaboration — a space to be understood, build practical tools, and move toward lasting emotional strength at a pace that’s right for you.

If there’s anything else on your mind, just message us — no question is too small.
Online counselling is talk therapy delivered securely over video or phone call, so you can speak with a qualified counsellor from anywhere that feels private and comfortable to you. At Adiqure, sessions are confidential and available in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Research consistently shows that online counselling can be as effective as in-person therapy for common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. What matters most is a trusting relationship with your counsellor and consistency between sessions.
Yes. What you share stays private and is handled with professional confidentiality. The only exceptions are situations involving serious risk of harm to yourself or others, which are explained to you at the start of counselling.
Adiqure supports individuals, couples and families across India who want a safe space to work through emotional challenges — from anxiety and low mood to relationships, postpartum wellbeing and personal growth.
No. Counselling is talk therapy that helps you understand and work through emotions and challenges. It does not include medical diagnosis or prescribing medication. If medication or psychiatric care would help, we’ll encourage you to consult a registered psychiatrist, and counselling can work alongside that care.
You can book by sending a message on WhatsApp, filling in the contact form, or emailing us. We’ll arrange a convenient time for your first session and explain what to expect.
Taking the first step is often the hardest part
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Reach out, and we’ll find a time that works for you.
